{"id":16731,"date":"2018-03-11T12:15:26","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:15:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.odakayoga.com\/?p=16731"},"modified":"2018-03-11T12:15:41","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:15:41","slug":"content-not-form","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/odakayoga.com\/en\/blog\/content-not-form\/","title":{"rendered":"Content not form"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In Yoga, often what we tend to do is identify with pose as form.<\/p>\n<p>But Yoga is content not form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga is essence not form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Forms are finite, essence is infinite.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the pose, out of our identification of ourselves with the posture, we have to be able to discover the fullness of ourselves, the wholeness that brings about an experience of being <strong>fully alive,<\/strong> energised and in bliss.<\/p>\n<p>You are <strong>\u2018in sync\u2019 with life<\/strong>, receiving the full support of the universe simply because you are not separate from it. It is a non-resistance state of infinite possibilities. When you work and live from \u2018the essence, content\u2019 you spontaneously act in the easiest and most effortless way bringing this into all areas of your life.<\/p>\n<p>Letting go all the forms that we identify with until <strong>we tune into our intuitio<\/strong>n, with until we get into being one with all.<\/p>\n<p>When we\u2019re able to really understand\u00a0 the difference between form and content, in that time we will experience the power of even flow.<\/p>\n<p>PHOTO BY RAYA VISULART<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Yoga, often what we tend to do is identify with pose as form.
