And if we do not bend, we are more likely to break.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">In-Defence as a way of understanding oneself where the real combat is to reach the point of <strong>not fighting<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">The effectiveness achieved through the fusion of personal defence techniques and immovable mind allows us to control our thoughts and worries. This allows us to reach that state of being <strong>calm and aware<\/strong> and in life this allows us to interact with others without ever entering into conflict.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">A fusion which aims to dissolve physical, mental and emotional tensions and contractions, while soothing the mind with immediate action, while <strong>the mind becomes still and the action immediate.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Once we begin to transform restraints, habitual patterns of movement and thought dissolve and allow create space for a new balance and<strong> inner strength<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">Strength may be defined as the ability to act, and balance as the ability to adapt to circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">To become a urban warrior means to become adaptable, unwavering, flexible and fully integrated: a complete fluid and transformative body-mind entity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\">And, when we let our minds flow without struggling, we can face life with a calmer, quieter disposition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s3\"><strong>Let\u2019s unfold our inner warrior<\/strong> to create the space for a dialogue with our deepest fears and the chance to overcome them.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2018In-Defence\u2019\u00a0the Way of the Urban Warrior\u00a0 Struggling against the changes life brings is not going to achieve anything but stress and frustration\u00a0 Being rigid in beliefs and inflexible in attitude means we are unable to flow with life.
