Being with what is really there.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Being with your\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s3\">actual\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Being able to keep your awareness on the <strong>here and now.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Physical grounding is the <strong>process<\/strong> where you focus your senses and become aware of your surroundings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Whenever you feel emotionally overwhelmed, you can regain <strong>stability<\/strong> by getting in touch with mother Earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Our center is our inner nature, or connection to Soul.
