If you stop for a moment to observe, you will notice how each period and moment of
your life is characterized by a different energy level.
There are many Yoga sequences and asanas that can help us rebalance our energy, but
sometimes they don’t seem to have the same effect on everyone. Have you ever wondered why?

The typical Flow of Odaka Yoga and its philosophy allow each student to rediscover their
inner strength and to transform each asana into a real energetic journey towards ourselves. For this reason, at the end of each practice we feel recharged in a state of peace and well-being.

If at this time you often feel tired or drained even from doing those activities you love and enjoy, it
means that something inside you is blocking the free flow of your energy. Take a moment for
yourself to ask yourself: How am I reacting to life situations? Do I often experience fear or angry
feelings? Am I creating expectations in myself that are not being met?
Observe the answers that your sincere heart and soul suggest to you without judging yourself,
simply take note of them. Now also observe the parts of your body where these emotions manifest
themselves.
All right, if you feel them you have just visualized and understood the source of those blocks that
are preventing your energy from flowing.
Now remember that you are actually an energy generator: through your thoughts, your emotions
and the way you react you can raise that sacred and powerful vibration that is within you.
Being healthy and full of energy is indeed your natural state, but sometimes, even in an
apparent good state of health, you can feel a “low vibration”. This happens because we often
block the free flow of energy with limiting thoughts or we disperse it in things and people
around us. To raise our energy frequency, instead of thinking about how to increase our
energy, the first step is to eliminate what is blocking it. If you have already visualized the origin
of these blocks and have understood that it is your responsibility, try asking yourself: what can I do
to avoid creating further blocks and take care of myself and raise my energy?
To answer this question Odaka Yoga suggests cultivating in us “The Warrior’s spirit” which
teaches us to value life in every moment, without expectations, to transform every
circumstance, positive or negative, into something useful and advantageous for us. themselves and even to find a gift within painful situations.
