The path of personal growth is not a flat path, often<br \/>\nthere are climbs, traps, holes to avoid, thorns and spears that hurt us, values that must be defended,<br \/>\nlessons to be learned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anger is a powerful energy, it is the way we use it that makes it positive or negative.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whenever anger appears in your life, it means that you are called to resolve a conflict that comes to<br \/>\nlife within you. Understanding it will help you resolve and restore the balance you want.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHolding back anger is like holding back a burning coal with the intent of throwing it at someone<\/em><br \/>\n<em>else; you&#8217;re the one who gets burned. &#8221; Buddha<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We must not repress any emotion, it is right to take the time to explore even your dark feelings<br \/>\nbecause that is where it will be easier for us to see the light. There come times when it is obligatory<br \/>\nto release an anger, understood as healthy indignation towards evil, which shakes the heavens (see<br \/>\nalso Jesus teaches us this in the Bible). But remember that <strong>anger is like handling a bomb, don&#8217;t let<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>it explode in your hands, don&#8217;t allow it to explode uncontrollably, destroying your most<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>precious asset, serenity<\/strong>. For this it is necessary to elaborate it, to transcend it, to observe it with<br \/>\nthat impartial detachment in order to choose the right moment and way to use it, anger must not be<br \/>\nunleashed indiscriminately. Anger puts us in front of a mirror, it&#8217;s momentary, <strong>so control this<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>passion or it will control you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are angry or frustrated, it is just one of the many moments you are called to experience, to<br \/>\ngrow and evolve into that special and light being you are destined for. Stay centered in yourself,<br \/>\nlisten to the flow of your thoughts, silence the deceiving Ego and learn from every wound that<br \/>\nmarks your skin to find ways to avoid it in the future. In every moment it is you who choose which<br \/>\nemotions to experience, even if sometimes we forget them. <strong>If we remain centered, consistent with<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ourselves, free from chains we will be able to move easily in that stormy sea that sometimes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>stirs within us.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sometimes anger is necessary to perceive our inner strength, to find the determination to act, <\/strong><strong>to improve, not to give up. Always use it wisely that can bring you the peace and serenity you <\/strong><strong>deserve. If you act well, in the name of love, that destructive feeling will turn into creative <\/strong><strong>power.<\/strong> What is needed is <em><strong>&#8220;integration&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>: you acquire that ability to experience moment by moment the phenomenon that occurs within you; observe how this emotion arises, changes, fades and flows continuously. Do not get caught, do not fall into a trap, do not fight your own feelings but integrate<br \/>\nthem into that vital flow that belongs to you to dominate them, or rather &#8220;transcend&#8221; them. As soon<br \/>\nas you understand that <strong>love is the only way to follow and defend, you will make peace with<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>yourself and with the whole world, you will develop empathy and understanding and you will <\/strong><strong>be able to feel free, imperturbable and powerful in the face of any circumstance. You will no <\/strong><strong>longer be caught in the snare and you will initiate a deep healing process that will expand <\/strong><strong>every beyond the boundaries of your life.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Learn to channel each emotion into a positive activity that fosters your emotional balance.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>With Odaka Yoga you could flow between asanas and some fighting techniques that will help <\/strong><strong>you find the rhythm of your breath and perceive that harmonious melody of your soul until <\/strong><strong>you evolve into that Zen warrior who has reached the state of strength and calm, which he let <\/strong><strong>go of all resistance and all defense.
