La sessione (il venerd\u00ec alle 19.45 presso BeSoul Yoga) \u00e8 stata sviluppata secondo le indicazione del Trauma Sensitive Yoga, con un insegnante yoga certificato per condurre questo tipo di sessioni (Workshop Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Emerson 2015). Il TCTSY \u00e8 protocollo integrativo evidence-based di lavoro sul corpo, basato sul linguaggio invitazionale, la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere e il sentire il corpo. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 di invitare le donne allo sviluppo di forza e radicamento, all\u2019ascolto e accettazione di s\u00e9 e alla possibilit\u00e0 di sperimentare l\u2019uscita dal senso di Le sessioni sono in collaborazione con Nutrimente OdV, associazione attiva da diversi anni con la mission della prevenzione e cura e dei disturbi dell\u2019alimentazione e della nutrizione e saranno tenute da una psicoterapeuta e insegnante di yoga certificata. Una sessione sar\u00e0 presso BeSoul il gioved\u00ec alle 17.15.
