The training is born from Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia’s twenty-year international experience in the field of yoga and martial teacher training. A dynamic and flexible approach that prepare the teacher to be, to confront with easiness and professionalism with the art of teaching. During the course large importance is given to alignment and consciousness of the gesture to make each and every pose suitable to any requirement.
Eclectic and innovative the course puts emphasis on the bodily motion, a physical tool of mental and emotional transformation, to become adaptable, fluids, apt to our modern pace. The teaching methodology reflect the flexible and creative approach of Roberto and Francesca and gives back freedom to every teacher, making them open and contemporary, able to create new sequences suitable to all level classes. A non-dogmatic yet integrated philosophy leading to a personal evolution, where practice is continuously renovating rather than fixed on tradition.
