Co-founder of Odaka Yoga, is internationally recognized as one of the pioneers of contemporary yoga and integrated mind-body disciplines. A martial arts master, teacher, and movement innovator, he is the creator of the Zen Warrior®️ method — a path that blends Zen philosophy, martial arts, breathwork, mental presence, and the development of inner strength.

Awarded the title of Master Yoga Platinum by Yoga Alliance International Australia — one of the highest recognitions in the international yoga community — Roberto was also listed by OmYoga Magazine UK among the world leaders in new contemporary forms of yoga.
His journey began with traditional Japanese martial arts, which he has studied with absolute dedication since a young age.
Over the years, he has earned important recognitions and high-ranking degrees in martial disciplines, standing out for his ability to merge technical rigor, inner research, and fluid movement.

Among the key elements of his martial path:
• Master and researcher in traditional Japanese martial arts
• Expert in the connection between biomechanics, energy, and fluid movement
• Creator of the Zen Warrior®️ method
• Developer of women’s self-defense programs based on presence, clarity, and conflict management
• International trainer of teachers and practitioners
• Speaker at international events dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, and evolutionary movement
• Recognized for his innovative integration of Bushido, Zen, and contemporary yoga

Through Odaka Yoga, Roberto developed a methodology inspired by the movement of the ocean: a fluid and transformative practice where adaptability, resilience, and inner strength are expressed through the body in an authentic and natural way.
In recent years, he has taught at festivals, conferences, retreats, and Teacher Trainings across Europe, the United States, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, and Canada, training thousands of teachers worldwide.
His teaching lives through a phrase that has become the manifesto of his vision:
“We are not here to do yoga.
We are here to be yoga.”
