ODAKA YOGA COSTS:
2 Odaka Yoga masterclass are basically scheduled per day with the
masters Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia, during the day according to the places and movements. Generally the yoga practices will take place in the morning and the evening at sunset, to allow the participants to relax, take trips and excursions, extra activities during the day.
First week: LOW COST MALDIVES:

MALDIVE LOW COST
A paradise on earth is the island of UKULAS. The island today counts about thirty guest houses and his development in tourism does not seem to stop. Around the island there is a ring of white sand, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Maldives, which glides gently into the blue. The particularity of the island is the coexistence between Maldivians and tourists, who without limitations can enjoy all the beaches of the island.
Ukulhas is an island of 1 km by 300 meters and is just over an hour by fast boat from Male, the capital of the Maldives. The island of Ukulhas, boasts good connections by sea, restaurants, bars and a centre where you can practice sports
water, some shops and a gym. Despite the others islands, here bicycles have left
space for 2-wheeled vehicles and ape-cars,with whom tourists and Maldivians

The Sharks,(baby shark) come in search of food and it is a sight to follow them in their hunt.

- sit in the harbor at sunset and watch the fish come in to eat (rays, small sharks, manta rays etc.)
- go around the island passing through the beautiful white beach
- dedicate to many water sports
- take the regular ferry and visit one of the nearby islands to discover local transport
- wait for the fishermen to arrive after months at sea
- get on a scooter with a maldivian and take a tour of the island

WHAT TO BRING:
Travel light with a few clothes but some items needed to live in comfort. Travel: Light cotton dresses, open shoes type flat sandals, cotton t-shirts, a mesh for the evening and a travel towel and swimsuit. Comfortable beach dresses such as pareo, bikini/swimwear. Personal bath/mask and snorkel.
For yoga practice: comfortable clothes and cotton (avoid clothing synthetic), your personal yoga mat, your notebook if you need it.
CLIMATE
The climate in the Maldives in Winter is tropical so about 28 degrees- 30 degrees and the temperature of the Indian Ocean of around 28 degrees. From November to March the climate remains constant and dry and is the best time to enjoy the Maldives.
HOURS AND DAYS:
From 25th February to 4th March 2023. The course start time on 25th February in the late afternoon, the end is on March 4th with the masterclass of the morning.
It is advisable to arrive in the early afternoon and in each case based on flight availability.
