Seeing the yoga posture as it is
In order to see the asana as it is, grounding our awareness in ourselves, cannot interfere with or force the body and mind in reaching the pose.
The body breaths out, and we feel it. The body breaths in, and we feel it. What do we feel? We feel the body breathing, not us. It is not us breathing ever again. The body stands, sits, and lies down, and the mind is the observer.
We let the body poses into the posture. We let the body do what it does and the mind do what it does, and we follow it up with mindfulness that sees what they did.
Then the fullness, the essence of the yoga pose will happen on its own.
